Visited today and its safe to say that this is a great KFC! I got quite a large order today, and I found it confusing to order with the kiosks, however, the workers were super helpful and helped me place my order on the kiosk! The food came out quick and the chicken was beautiful! Very juicy and golden. Will definitely be back again, looking forward to my next visit:)

Response from the owner

KFC Drogheda offers a fairly average experience overall, consistent with what is typically expected from a global fast-food chain. The food quality and taste remain standard and predictable, which may appeal to those looking for familiarity and consistency.

However, the service experience leaves room for improvement. Staff interactions can come across as indifferent, with a noticeable lack of engagement or attentiveness toward customers. At times, it may feel as though the focus is more on completing the shift than on providing a welcoming environment.

For those considering a visit, it is a reasonable option for quick and consistent fast food, but not a location that stands out in terms of customer service or overall experience.

Response from the owner

While we aim to provide a consistent fast-food experience, we apologise if our service didn't meet your expectations. We'll take your comments into consideration as we strive to improve our customer engagement. We hope to welcome you back soon for a better experience. If you have any further suggestions, please feel free to reach out!
